I'm a qualified counsellor, spiritual coach, somatic trauma therapist, energy & sound healer, passionate about supporting you to make sense of your experience, find clarity, confidence and calm; enabling you to live an authentic soul led life without fear, guilt, shame or judgement.

All sessions with the exception of Soulful Smudging can be either in person at my place of residence or online for your convenience.  Please state your preference when booking.
