If this sounds like you, I invite you to join us as we come to together in circle with like minded souls whose intention is to create some calm amongst the chaos of life, finding balance and supporting you to navigate the landscape of 2024.  

Through this circle I will guide you to tune into your inner wisdom, feel confident in making decisions and move forward with purpose , feeling empowered to make choices that are congruent with your soul essence.

** What to bring & Other Information** 

Your water bottle, a journal and pen, please wear comfy clothes as we will be sitting on the floor on cushions as well as lying down for meditation and sound healing. Most of all please come with an open heart and mind ready to connect.
