One thing I have learnt through my own spiritual journey is that there is always something new to learn and an opportunity for self-reflection and growth. You may find yourself: - Wanting to explore your spiritual side - Learn how to trust yourself and your intuition - Interested in using oracle cards, but not sure how to read them - Wondering how to live a mindful soul led life without the fear of judgement from friends & family - Wanting to learn about meditation, breathwork or how to use sound bowls to reduce emotional overwhelm - Curious about energy healing and how energy can affect how we live our lives and the results that show up in our lives - Looking to learn about smudging practices for you, your home or your business We all have access to our higher consciousness and inner wisdom; this is not something only a few people are gifted with. However, through our lived experiences we often forget the power of how to use it in our everyday life. By living in alignment with our spiritual self, we gain much insight into ourselves, and we become aware of the programs running in the background, such as our belief systems, values, strengths and thoughts. Spiritual coaching can assist you to: ~ Uncover what is blocking you from moving forward with life ~ Teach you how to access your own ability to heal your energy ~ Find purpose, calm and joy in your life ~ Increase your self-worth and have the confidence to make decisions based on what is right for your soul ~ Improve your relationships with yourself and others ~ Live a life in alignment with your unique soul essence I offer 1-1 spiritual coaching sessions where you choose the topics you would like to learn more about. Whether you are at the start of your journey or wanting to enhance your knowledge, I will meet you wherever you are currently. No matter what your beliefs, my work with you is not to sway you into a particular way of being, it is to support and encourage you to find your own spiritual path. Whilst this work is powerful, it also fun and uplifting. It is extremely rewarding and empowering when you step into your own spiritual authority. There are no set number of sessions you may like to attend. This is your journey and you choose how you would like to move forward. These sessions can be held either online through video conferencing of your choice or in person at my place of residence.
