Therapy for women who are wanting to connect back to themselves through the mind-body-spirit connection. Whatever it is you are going through, as a holistic & spiritual therapist, I support you to connect to yourself on a deeper level, tap into your intuition, find the tools to live a life with purpose and meaning, heal from your grief and welcome yourself home.
