Prior to your session, I obtain basic information from you over the phone or by email and then I will contact you to arrange a suitable time where we get together either in person, online or by phone to go through the information. At your session, we discuss the blocks and restrictions you are choosing to create in your life today. I will provide you with information about your unique soul essence to help you understand who you are on a deeper level and how you can make positive changes to bring abundance into your life, which negative patterns may be affecting your life now, what your life lessons are and your soul's purpose in this lifetime. As part of this process, we set the intention for clearing any negative patterns that are occurring for you, always remembering that you have free will at any stage to make positive changes. This is so much more than a reading; this is combining intuitive coaching to bring you into perfect soul alignment.
